How YouGurt Began
YouGurt began with a simple habit: preparing nourishing meals for the people I love.
I was always searching for healthier options for my family, something that could bring together great taste, quality ingredients, and thoughtful nutrition. One day, after enjoying our yogurt parfait as our regular dinner, my husband told me, "This is so delicious, you should sell it so everyone can try it."
I laughed at the idea at the time, never imagining that those words would become the beginning of something so meaningful.
"And that is how our delicious yogurt parfaits were born, a product created to nourish, bring joy, and become part of your everyday moments."

The Search & A New Beginning
Not long after, a small fracture in my pinky toe required two and a half months of rest. It was a challenging moment, being unable to work and having life suddenly slow down, but it brought me an unexpected gift: the opportunity to pause and rediscover a purpose that had always been in my heart.
During that time, the vision for YouGurt began to come to life. Every idea, every detail, every flavor, and every layer came together with love and intention.
